Culture Popped with Hunter Bishop

Listen on:

It is with great sadness that we announce the untimely passing of Hunter Morpheus Bishop who died in an unfortunate smelting accident. 140 episodes in, he never was able to make it to his own podcast and now he'll never get the chance. Regrettably, he never told us the password to the podcast distribution account so this will be the last episode of Culture Popped. This week we pitch video games based on movies. RIP Hunter. We will continue to make content in honor of Hunter and will keep the Culture Popped brand alive through Youtube videos to honor Hunter's memory. About the show

On Culture Popped, world renowned media PhD Hunter Bishop provides his insight into the world of pop culture. In addition to providing updates and hot takes on the latest pop culture news, Hunter cultivates discussion as he gives his opinion and analysis on various pop culture topics as it relates to the rest of society. Although sometimes Hunter is too busy to record so Matt and Jonah fill in for Hunter and discuss pop culture in a much sillier fashion.

Hunter Bishop PhD (in Media Studies)

Rating: 5 out of 5.

There are a lot of podcasts out there and even more pop culture podcasts but this one is a cut above the rest. Informative, insightful and entertaining. This is by far the best podcast I’ve ever guest hosted

Matt

Rating: 3 out of 5.

This is a really good podcast. You’ll get a lot of cool information and will leave each episode with a new perspective. Unfortunately I can’t give it more than 3 stars because I’m pretty sure Matt gets paid more than me when we guest host

Jonah
